Standard Delivery

Delivery / collection between 8AM - 4PM Mon - Sat (4hr window given day of event). To request a time, choose "Expedited Service"

- Delivery and collection times are between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries outside these hours will incur higher rates.

- Setup is not included. Our drivers are not responsible for setting up or packing down the hired items

- Access for standard delivery and collection assumes drive-in access to the drop-off point. Items will be unloaded within a reasonable distance of up to 20 meters from the vehicle, with no access to stairs or lifts required.

- Upon collection, all items must be ready for pickup in a secure, weather-protected location. Customers will be charged extra if we need to pack up or retrieve items from various locations on-site.

- We can accommodate unoccupied deliveries and collections if a safe, secure, lockable undercover space within 20 meters of vehicle access is provided. Once delivered, the equipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.
