Sunshine Hire Co offers a seamless and professional AV hire delivery and setup service, ensuring that all your technical requirements are met with precision and care. Our team handles the entire process, from transporting the equipment to meticulously setting it up for optimal performance. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, or large-scale production, we ensure everything is ready to go, allowing you to focus on the success of your event.

Please note that due to a large range of variables between each delivery, these fees are calculated once your quote request has been submitted and reviewed by our team. You will then receive a proposal via email with prices

- Delivery and collection times are between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries outside these hours will incur expedited delivery rates.

- Setup and pack down is included. We may request a floor-plan for equipment placement and power acccess if deemed neccesary.
