Economy (Standard) Delivery
- Delivery and collection times are between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Deliveries outside these hours will incur higher rates.
- Setup is not included. Our drivers are not responsible for setting up or packing down the hired items.
- Access for standard delivery and collection assumes drive-in access to the drop-off point. Items will be unloaded within a reasonable distance of up to 20 meters from the vehicle, with no access to stairs or lifts required.
- Upon collection, all items must be ready for pickup in a secure, weather-protected location. Customers will be charged extra if we need to pack up or retrieve items from various locations on-site.
- We can accommodate unoccupied deliveries and collections if a safe, secure, lockable undercover space within 20 meters of vehicle access is provided. Once delivered, the equipment becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Turnkey service (Delivery + Setup)
Sunshine Hire Co offers a seamless and professional AV hire delivery and setup service, ensuring that all your technical requirements are met with precision and care. Our team handles the entire process, from transporting the equipment to meticulously setting it up for optimal performance. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, or large-scale production, we ensure everything is ready to go, allowing you to focus on the success of your event.

- Setup and pack down is included. We may request a floor-plan for equipment placement and power acccess if deemed neccesary.
